The drying and curing time can be accelerated by forced drying between 60 and 80 °C.

ECLON PUR 2K-phosphate primer is a corrosion protection primer with excellent adhesion and mechanical resistance for the entire steel and metal construction sector. Thanks to «wet-on-wet» application in combination with PUR topcoats, the drying time for the entire system is significantly reduced.

BRICAFIL is a 2-component acrylic-polyurethane spray primer with excellent filling capacity, low shrinkage, good sprayability and flow. With BRICAFIL, up to a maximum of 200 µm can be applied per spray cycle. Due to higher layer thicknesses, bubbles or cracks can form. This results in fast drying and quickly sandable coatings with an excellent surface hardness. BRICAFIL is resistant to water, oils, solvents, petrol, etc. and can be painted over with all 2-component systems (epoxy or polyurethane) as well as synthetic resin, acrylic and nitro paints or water-based paints.

BRICAZINC is a high-percentage, weatherproof zinc dust paint and provides lasting long-term protection against rust and corrosion. With one application a compact film of 92 % zinc and 7,5 % epoxy ester resin and additives is produced. The excellent protection of BRICAZINC zinc dust paint is based on the electrochemical process, in which the iron and the less noble metal (zinc) form a cathodic protection, which prevents rusting of the substrate even in case of mechanical damage. BRICAZINC offers high heat resistance (300 °C), underwater suitability and effective protection in humid atmospheres.

ECLON EP 87 2K-zinc dust primer is a 2-component epoxy resin corrosion protection primer with excellent adhesion on blasted substrates. Characterized by highest durability and can be overpainted with any saponification-resistant 1- and 2-component system. Approved and monitored according to sheet 87 and 94 TL/TP – KOR, steel structures.

BRICAFIX is a transparent adhesion promoter for old and still intact paint systems. BRICAFIX increases the adhesive strength of a subsequent coat of paint without the need for time-consuming grinding or leaching.

DUROX is a highly effective rust stabilizer based on tannic acid for pretreatment of rusted metal surfaces. DUROX rust converter forms highly effective, bluish coloured iron complex salts with the rust and the metal base, which lead to a compaction of the metal surface. This largely prevents water and atmospheric oxygen from entering and thus slows down further rusting. By adding rust inhibitors, which additionally passivate the metal, as well as film formers, which strengthen the temporary protection, DUROX forms an adhesion bridge for a subsequent coating build-up. DUROX can also be applied at low temperatures and can be painted on still wet iron.

TANIK removes rust and protects the metal. It penetrates deep into the rust, transforms it chemically and stops its spread after a stabilisation phase. TANIK forms a stable, paintable black surface after only three hours. The passivating layer of TANIK strengthens the adhesion of the subsequently applied paint and provides cost-effective rust protection for steel, iron and cast iron.
