563 ELOTOP silicone plaster primer type SCW
ELOTOP is a white pigmented primer based on a silicone resin emulsion combined with a polymer dispersion. ELOTOP levels unevenly absorbent surfaces, increases the adhesive strength and prevents the surface from shimmering through thanks to the pigmentation. ELOTOP binds chalky old coats of paint, protects against efflorescence and algae growth and prevents the penetration of moisture without reducing the water vapour permeability.
