77 BRICAZINC zinc dust paint
BRICAZINC is a high-percentage, weatherproof zinc dust paint and provides lasting long-term protection against rust and corrosion. With one application a compact film of 92 % zinc and 7,5 % epoxy ester resin and additives is produced. The excellent protection of BRICAZINC zinc dust paint is based on the electrochemical process, in which the iron and the less noble metal (zinc) form a cathodic protection, which prevents rusting of the substrate even in case of mechanical damage. BRICAZINC offers high heat resistance (300 °C), underwater suitability and effective protection in humid atmospheres.
